Each party is packaged for 8 girls including the child the party is for.

Due to limited space only 1 parent of the child the party is booked for will be allowed to come in for the purpose of taking pictures.

No, a waiver is required for every child in your party prior to the start of your party. No exceptions.

No, to guarantee your selected date and time for your celebration a deposit is required in the amount of $150.00 at the time of your booking online. The balance is due 7 days prior to the day of your celebration.

The non refundable deposit required to book a party will not be refunded if you decide to cancel.
However, if there’s a need to cancel due to severe weather, illness or unforeseen emergency of the party girl the day of her celebration EGL will grant a one time rescheduling based on availability. This courtesy will be good up to 45 days from the date of your original booking.

The person who books the party is responsible for having a parking space (5 car lengths total) for EGL to park. If we are coming to a hotel you must have approved clearance there. In the event you do not have the space/clearance secured we reserve the right to cancel your party without a refund.

Once EGL parks in the spot you’ve secured it will not move from that spot until all of the children have vacated safely at the end of the party.

Although tipping is optional we do invite you to tip 10% of your bill at the time of your booking for our Glam Team who will be providing your party with a top notch beauty experience.

We will cover up to 30 miles from the Bank of America Stadium. Maximum mileage will not exceed 40 miles and for each additional mile to and from the destination will require a charge of $5. per mile.

Your required to pay in full for EGL playdates.
